Luciene Franzim
FOUNDER
Passionate about family businesses and the challenges of bringing structure and clarity to the subjective dynamics of these organizations and the personal relationships among their partners.
Professor at the Family Business Platform at INSPER, where she serves as Lead Faculty for executive programs focused on family businesses, and member of the Family Business Study Group at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/SP).
With over 30 years of professional experience, she has worked as a senior lawyer at leading law firm TozziniFreire Advogados, served as Head of Legal at major financial institutions such as Santander Brasil (formerly Santander Banespa S/A) and Unibanco S/A, and was Head of Wealth Planning at HSBC Private Banking.
She holds an LL.B. from the University of São Paulo Faculty of Law, an LL.M. in International Law from Cornell Law School, and a specialization in European Community Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is also certified in Mediation by the Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos.
Her authored contributions can be found in the books Governança Corporativa em Foco (Saint Paul), Governança Corporativa para Pequenas e Médias Empresas (LTr/LexNet), and O Direito Imobiliário como Vetor da Retomada de Crescimento (LTr/LexNet).
Thais Marzo
LAWYER
Thais Marzo is an attorney graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), with a specialization in Corporate and Insolvency Law from University of Coimbra, Portugal. She practices in the areas of Corporate Law and Wealth Planning, with a focus on estate and succession planning, corporate restructurings, corporate and family governance, and M&A transactions.
She advises business families, founders, and successors on the structuring of governance models, family protocols, and shareholders’ agreements, aimed at preserving wealth and ensuring business continuity across generations.
With additional education and experience in Accounting, she combines legal expertise with a strategic and financial perspective, delivering integrated solutions in planning, governance, and corporate restructuring.
Antonio Nelson Gomes
ADVOGADO
Advogado formado pela PUC/SP, com pós-graduação em Direito Processual Civil pela FGV e formação complementar em nível de mestrado na Faculdade de Direito de Franca.
Atua de forma estratégica na condução de litígios judiciais e arbitrais envolvendo matérias contratuais, imobiliárias e regulatórias, com ênfase em disputas de maior complexidade técnica.
